Note: The warranty does not cover damages caused by human error, water damage, improper use, unauthorized modification, or extreme storage conditions.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee 🔄
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, securely packaged, and without signs of physical damage or heavy use.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Who Pays? 📦
We strive to be fair and transparent about return shipping costs based on the reason for the return:

The "Compatibility Guarantee" Rule: If you contacted our technical support team before making your purchase, provided your device/e-bike details, and we confirmed compatibility in writing—but the product turns out to be incompatible—we will take full responsibility and pay for the return.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping in the following situations:

Pack Safely (Important): Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials. You must pack the battery securely in its original packaging (or equally sturdy cardboard) to prevent short circuits or movement during transit.
