Shipping Rates

• Germany:
  • Orders over €500 ship free.
  • Orders under €500 incur a €5 shipping fee.
  • Cash on delivery orders have a €10 shipping fee.

Rest of Europe:

• For orders to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Hungary:
  
  • All Orders: Flat €10 Shipping Fee.
• Shipping costs to Switzerland are €12.50.

Shipping Times

• Germany: 2-3 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days

Shipping Methods

Important Note for E-Bike Battery Orders

For orders outside of Germany:

The international return process for e-bike batteries can be complex and expensive. To ensure you have a smooth and easy shopping experience, please make sure the battery you order is fully compatible with your e-bike before you buy it.

We offer a 30-day return policy, but the return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return:

• For quality issues: If you are returning the battery because it has a defect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

• For compatibility issues: If you are returning the battery because it is not compatible with your e-bike, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience, we strongly recommend you contact our support team to confirm compatibility before placing your order. Please send an email to support@batterie-center.com with the following information, and we'll reply within one business day to help you:

• Your e-bike's brand and model.

• Clear photos of your original battery, including its appearance, connector details, and approximate dimensions.

A signature is required upon delivery for all E-Bike Battery orders.

Before purchasing an E-bike battery, please ensure that it is compatible with your specific e-bike model. Incorrect battery selection may result in performance issues or damage to your e-bike.

Additional Notes

• For large or heavy items, additional shipping fees may apply.
• For shipments to remote areas, delivery times may be longer.
• Import duties and taxes may be applied to international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
