• Germany:
  • Orders over €50 ship free.
  • Orders under €50 incur a €5 shipping fee.
  • Cash on delivery orders have a €10 shipping fee.

Rest of Europe:

• For orders to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Hungary:
  
  • Orders over €200 ship for free.
  • Orders under €200 incur a €10 shipping fee.

Shipping Times

• Germany: 2-3 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days

Important Note for E-Bike Battery Orders

• E-Bike Batteries are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable for Orders Outside of Germany.
• A signature is required upon delivery for all E-Bike Battery orders.
• Before purchasing an E-bike battery, please ensure that it is compatible with your specific e-bike model. Incorrect battery selection may result in performance issues or damage to your e-bike.

Additional Notes

• For large or heavy items, additional shipping fees may apply.
• For shipments to remote areas, delivery times may be longer.
• Import duties and taxes may be applied to international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
